Ian is a systems-oriented writer and creative leader with a passion for pushing big, bold ideas into complex technological ecosystems. He was co-founder and CCO of FCB/SIX, which became Ad Age’s first ever Data & Analytics Agency of the Year, and of Performance Art, which was the #10 ranked creative agency in the world at One Show in 2023. Most recently Ian was the Global Creative AI Lead for McCann Worldground. In early 2025, Ian co-founded the brand performance agency Memory with former client and CMO, Ryan Bullock. Previous clients include BMW, McDonald’s, BMO, CIBC, Canadian Tire, Black & Abroad, Grupo Bimbo, WWF and LifeStyles Healthcare.
